	Association Policy 5-3 - Membership Policies	This document contains NCMA's policies regarding membership, including the definitions of membership types, description of initiation fees and the membership term and renewal, and membership suspension processes.
	Membership Reports (Archives)	This folder contains membership reports from past months. This includes new members, renewed members, transferred members, and dropped members, as well as those coming due.
	Membership Application	This form is in pdf format and is for downloading and printing.
	Membership Reports (Current month)	This link contains files for members by type, lapsed members, members now due, members renewed, new members, reinstated members, renewals in progress, and transfers, for the most recent month. Please report any discrepancies to Correen Dingle, Customer Service Supervisor, at cdingle@ncmahq.org.
	Membership Database Download Instructions	This document provides instruction to chapter volunteers to access and download their membership roster from the NCMA database.
