The Sacramento Gold Rush Chapter of NCMA serves the Sacramento metropolitan area and Northern Nevada. The chapter collaborates with local chapters of the National Association of Purchasing Managers (NAPM)/Institute for Supply Management (ISM), the California Association of Public Purchasing Officers (CAPPO), Project Management Institute (PMI) and the American Bar Association (ABA) Public Contracts Section to offer educational seminars to contract management professionals.
