Our client is seeking a top-notch Contracts Administrator to join our team. This position requires great attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities. The ideal candidate must be analytical with the ability to work under pressure of deadlines and with all levels of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs a full range of contract administration support services for service contracts with the U.S. Government in a team environment • Responsible for contract compliance from cradle to grave, including review and analysis of RFPs, managing cost proposal submissions, negotiating cost/price, terms and conditions, and modifications • Works closely with internal project management teams and serves as a liaison between project site and customer on all contractual issues. • Attends and participates in technical meetings, debriefs, and kickoffs.
Requirements:
• BA/BS in related field • Minimum five years of direct contracts experience, including recent U.S. Government contract administration • Solid knowledge and expertise in FAR/DFARs • Experience in managing contracts governed by the Service Contract Act, including compliance • Experience in pricing/costing of government contracts and vehicles • Preparation of NDAs, teaming, consulting, and subcontract agreements • Experience in RFP analysis; proposal preparation skills • Experience leading and managing teams • Negotiation experience • Superior oral and written communication skills • Ability to handle fast paced, multi-task environment • Excellent PC knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite), including superior mathematical skills • Ability to obtain security clearance • Ability to travel on periodic basis
